How many photos are included in each listing package?
Every listing package includes interior and exterior listing photos based on home size: 35 for 0–1,500 sq ft, 50 for 1,501–2,500 sq ft, 60 for 2,501–3,500 sq ft, 65 for 3,501–4,500 sq ft, and 70 for 4,501–6,000 sq ft. Elevated includes 5 aerial photos and 2 virtual twilight photos. Pro includes 10 aerial photos and 2 virtual twilight photos. Signature also includes 15 aerial photos and 4 virtual twilight photos. Aerial and virtual twilight photos are additional to the listing photo count.
Do listing videos include branded and unbranded versions?
Yes. Every PRO360 property listing video includes branded and unbranded versions. Use the branded version for YouTube and social media. We automatically deliver an unbranded HAR/MLS version without the agent, logos or contact information, including when you choose the +$50 agent-guided walkthrough.
Do you film vertical clips for social reels?
Yes. We capture vertical clips during every listing video shoot. A 30-second reel edited from those clips is a $75 listing-video add-on. A dedicated vertical reel is $125. How are listing packages priced?
Choose the home-size range to see the package price. Homes larger than 6,000 sq ft and custom projects are quoted individually. Listing ON AIR is the exception: one price for any home size.
What is included in every listing package?
Listing photography, a floor plan, a property website and a marketing kit. The package comparison shows the additional media in each option.
When will I receive my media?
Listing photos, floor plans and virtual staging are delivered by 9 a.m. the morning after the shoot. Video and 3D tours are delivered in 2 to 5 days.
Does the Pro package include both video and a 3D tour?
Pro includes your choice of a walkthrough video or a Zillow 3D tour. Signature includes both, alongside a cinematic film and social reel. Every Zillow 3D tour includes an interactive floor plan.
What is Listing ON AIR?
Listing ON AIR is a launch campaign for one listing at a $1,495 launch price through January 31, 2027, for any home size (standard package $1,795). It includes 50 listing photos, a 2D black-and-white floor plan, 10 drone photos, 2 virtual twilight photos, a marketing kit, a property website and 10 ready-to-publish vertical social videos with different topics and hooks. How long is Matterport hosting included?
Every Matterport tour includes 3 months of hosting. To keep a tour live longer, contact Mario before the 3 months end; each additional 3 months is $40. Matterport tours work on HAR, the property website and any site that accepts a tour link, but they no longer display on Zillow.
Can I add virtual staging?
With Elevated or Pro, add up to 7 virtually staged photos for $100. Standalone virtual staging is $25 per image. Digitally staged imagery is clearly identified.
Can I book a single service or a custom project?
Yes. Aerial video, on-site twilight, agent branding, Community Spotlight, events, high-energy social content and website projects can be scoped individually. Tell Mario what you need.
Do you offer discounts for high-volume agents, teams or brokerages?
Yes, through a partner program rather than a discount code. Agents who shoot 3 or more listings a month become PRO360 Partners and get pricing locked for 12 months, monthly invoicing and one free upgrade on every listing, such as virtual twilight, a social reel or virtual staging. Teams that book 6 or more shoots a month combined become Team Partners. They add pooled volume across all agents, one scheduling contact and twice-yearly headshot and brand-reel sessions, so every listing and every agent has one consistent look. Do you work with real estate teams and brokerages?
Yes. PRO360 Photos works with teams and brokerages across Cypress, Katy, Bridgeland and Greater Houston. Team Partners (6 or more shoots a month combined) get pooled volume, one scheduling contact, locked pricing and twice-yearly headshot and brand-reel sessions. Every listing is shot by Mario, so the whole team gets one consistent look, with photos delivered by 9 a.m. the next morning.
Do you offer prepaid credit?
Yes. Load $5,000 and receive $5,500 in credit, which you can use on any PRO360 service within 12 months. Credit works for listing packages, single services, headshots and branding content.
Do you charge for extra photos or return trips?
Each listing package includes listing photos by home size: 35 up to 1,500 sq ft, 50 for 1,501 to 2,500, 60 for 2,501 to 3,500, 65 for 3,501 to 4,500 and 70 for 4,501 to 6,000 sq ft. Aerial and virtual twilight photos are counted separately. If the home needs a few more images to show it properly, up to 5 extra listing photos are delivered at no charge. Beyond that, additional images are $8 each. Return trips are free when the reason is outside your control: rain during the shoot, wind or FAA airspace rules stopping a drone flight, or a spoiled twilight sunset. A return visit you request, for example because staging arrives late or the yard is finished after the shoot, starts at $150 plus any travel fee.
What if the home is larger than 6,000 sq ft?
Homes over 6,000 sq ft are quoted individually. Send the address, home size and the media you need, and Mario will reply with a quote and a coverage plan.
