Privacy Policy

PRO360 Photos provides real estate photography, video and related media services in the Houston, Texas area. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who processes it and how you can ask us to correct or delete it.
Information we collect
- Inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, property address, home size, the services you’re interested in and your message.
- Online booking and payment: when you book, our booking platform collects your name, email, phone number, brokerage, the property address, access instructions you provide (such as lockbox or gate details), your order and payment details. Card payments are processed by the booking platform’s payment processor. PRO360 Photos does not see or store full card numbers.
- Pay at Close: if you choose Pay at Close at checkout, your application is handled by Titus (gotitus.com), which collects the information needed to review it, including a soft credit check, under its own privacy policy. PRO360 Photos does not receive your credit report.
- Media delivery: your order, delivered files, download activity and your acceptance of the media license are recorded in the client portal.
- Phone, text and email: messages you send us directly.
- Website use: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and similar technical information, collected through Google Analytics and our hosting provider.
How we use it
- To reply to inquiries, prepare quotes and schedule shoots
- To access the property and deliver your media
- To process payments, invoices and receipts
- To keep records of orders and license acceptance
- To understand how the website is used and improve it
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use inquiry details for marketing emails.

- Titus: Pay at Close applications and payments
- Google Analytics: website traffic statistics
- Our web hosting provider and Contact Form 7: website operation and delivery of inquiry form messages to our email
- Embedded content from YouTube, Matterport, Zillow and CloudPano: these providers may collect technical information when you view or interact with their content
Each provider has its own privacy policy.
Cookies
The website and embedded services use cookies and similar technologies for basic operation and analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some embedded videos and tours may not work without them.
Property information and photos
Photos and videos of a property are created for the listing agent and are used as described in our media license. PRO360 Photos does not publish a property’s street address in its own promotion and will remove a specific image from its own promotion on written request from the seller or listing agent.
How long we keep information
Inquiry messages and order records are kept as long as needed to provide our services and meet business and tax record requirements. Delivered media and property websites stay available in the client portal for 1 year from delivery.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Email info@pro360.photos or call or text 832 874 5930. We’ll reply as soon as possible. Some records, such as invoices, may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.
Children
Our services are for real estate professionals and businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
