How Much Does a Listing Shoot Cost in Houston? (2026)

Real estate photographer and Realtor reviewing Houston listing shoot prices and photography packages

Short answer: A professional listing shoot with PRO360 Photos costs $225 to $1,895 as a package, set by the size of the home and the media you add. For a typical 1,501 to 2,500 sq ft Houston home, expect $275 for photos and a floor plan, $375 with drone and twilight, and $495 with a video or 3D tour.

“How much for photos?” sounds like a one-number question. It isn’t, because a 1,200 sq ft condo and a 5,000 sq ft home in Bridgeland take very different amounts of time to shoot and edit. This guide lays out what actually moves the price, when a package saves you money, and what should be included before you compare quotes from anyone.

What drives the cost of a listing shoot

Seven things decide what you pay. The first two account for most of it.

  • Home size. Bigger homes need more photos, more time on site and more editing. Our packages scale from 35 photos under 1,500 sq ft to 70 photos at 4,501 to 6,000 sq ft. For the reasoning behind those counts, see how many listing photos you need.
  • The media mix. Photos and a floor plan are the base. Drone, twilight, video and 3D tours each add cost, and each one earns its place on some listings and not others.
  • Video style. A one-take walkthrough, a polished modern tour and a cinematic film are different jobs. For a 1,501 to 2,500 sq ft home they run $195, $345 and $495. Which listing video fits covers the difference.
  • Real or virtual twilight. A real sunset session is $225 for 5 exterior photos. Virtual twilight is $25 per image. Real twilight shows true landscape and window lighting, which suits luxury homes. Virtual twilight is the budget choice, and HAR expects it to be labeled (what to label).
  • Distance. Travel is free within 35 miles of ZIP code 77065, then $35 or $75 depending on distance.
  • Speed. Next-morning delivery is standard. Same-day photos are a $60 rush add-on, refunded automatically if we miss the deadline.
  • Readiness. A home that isn’t ready, or a lockbox that doesn’t open, can turn into a $75 late-change or $150 on-arrival fee. Those are avoidable costs, and the booking policy explains each one.

Packages vs. à la carte: the actual math

Here’s what each package would cost if you booked the same media one service at a time, for a 1,501 to 2,500 sq ft home. Individual photography comes in fixed counts, so the à la carte column uses the 45-photo option, five fewer photos than the package includes.

PackagePackage priceSame media, booked separatelyYou save
Listing Photos$275$330$55
Listing Plus$375$475$100
Listing Pro (with video)$495$730$235
Signature Premium$1,195$1,620$425
  • Listing Photos: 45 photos ($245) plus a 2D floor plan ($85).
  • Listing Plus: adds 5 drone photos ($95) and 2 virtual twilight images ($50).
  • Listing Pro: 10 drone photos ($155), 2 virtual twilight images and a walkthrough video ($195). With a Zillow 3D tour ($145) instead of video, you still save $185.
  • Signature Premium: 2D Floor Plan Plus ($115), 15 drone photos ($250), 4 virtual twilight images ($100), cinematic film ($495), walkthrough video ($195), Zillow 3D tour ($145) and a social reel ($75).

The pattern is simple. Once a listing needs more than photos, a package wins.

When à la carte is the better buy

  • You only need photos. 25 photos for $175 suits a small condo or a rental. Every photo order still includes the property website and marketing kit.
  • You only need exteriors. 8 exterior photos for $95 covers a lot, a refresh of the front photo, or a price-drop relaunch.
  • You want something packages don’t include. A Matterport tour starts at $195 with 3 months of hosting. Compare it with Zillow 3D in Matterport vs. Zillow 3D tours.
  • You’re adding one thing. An aerial 360 panorama ($95), a 3D floor plan or a dedicated social reel ($125) can be added to any order.

What’s included in every PRO360 order

  • Next-morning delivery. Photos, floor plans and virtual staging by 9 a.m. the morning after the shoot. Video and 3D tours in 2 to 5 days.
  • A written license to market the property on HAR and other MLSs, listing sites, your website, social media and print, including the MLS license HAR requires (who owns listing photos).
  • HAR-ready files. Every listing video comes in a branded version for social media and an unbranded version for HAR, and virtually staged images are clearly identified so you can label them.
  • Licensed music on every listing video, cleared for HAR, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and your website.
  • Property website and marketing kit with flyers, social templates and a slideshow.
  • Fair scheduling. Free rescheduling up to 24 hours ahead, and no charge for weather, ever.

Common add-ons and what they cost

  • Virtual staging: $25 per image, or up to 7 images for $100 with Listing Plus or Listing Pro.
  • Real twilight session: $225 for 5 exterior photos, scheduled around sunset.
  • Agent-guided video: +$50 for a version with you on camera, for YouTube and social media.
  • Social reel from your listing video shoot: $75 for 30 seconds of vertical clips.
  • Same-day photos: +$60 when the shoot finishes by 1 p.m. on a weekday.

Five questions to ask before comparing quotes

Two quotes with the same headline price can end up far apart. Ask every photographer:

  1. Is travel included, and from where? Free within a set radius, or charged per mile?
  2. Is sales tax included? Ours is added at checkout.
  3. What does the license cover? HAR requires a written license for photos you upload (Section 11). Make sure you get one.
  4. Do I get an unbranded version for HAR? HAR doesn’t allow agent branding on virtual tours (Rule 1.25.2).
  5. Are there hosting fees? Some 3D tours charge monthly hosting after the first period.

How to choose

  • Starter homes and condos: Listing Photos. Add virtual staging if the home is vacant.
  • Most suburban homes in Cypress, Katy and Bridgeland: Listing Plus. Drone shows the lot and neighborhood, and twilight gives you a strong second photo.
  • Homes that need to stand out online: Listing Pro, with video for social media or a 3D tour for out-of-town buyers.
  • Luxury and new construction: Signature Premium, booked in the morning for the best light.

Frequently asked questions

How much does real estate photography cost in Houston?

With PRO360 Photos, listing packages run from $225 to $1,895, priced by home size. A typical 1,501 to 2,500 sq ft home is $275 for 50 photos and a 2D floor plan, $375 with drone and virtual twilight, or $495 with a walkthrough video or Zillow 3D tour. Photos-only orders start at $175 for 25 images.

Is it cheaper to book a package or individual services?

A package is cheaper as soon as you need more than photos. For a 1,501 to 2,500 sq ft home, Listing Plus costs $100 less than the same media booked separately, and Listing Pro with video costs $235 less. Individual services make sense when you only need photos, exteriors, or one add-on such as a Matterport tour.

Do you charge a travel fee?

Travel is free within 35 miles of ZIP code 77065. From 35 to 55 miles the fee is $35, from 55 to 75 miles it is $75, and beyond 75 miles it is $75 plus $1.50 per extra mile, plus tolls and parking. The fee is shown before you confirm.

Is sales tax included in your prices?

No. Sales tax is added at checkout, so the total you pay is the listed price plus tax and any travel fee.

How much does a listing video cost in Houston?

At PRO360 Photos, a walkthrough video for a 1,501 to 2,500 sq ft home is $195, a modern video is $345 and a cinematic video is $495. Listing Pro includes a walkthrough video or a Zillow 3D tour, and Signature Premium includes both plus a cinematic film and social reel.

What about homes over 6,000 square feet?

Packages cover homes up to 6,000 sq ft. Larger homes, estates and acreage are quoted individually so the photo count, drone coverage and shoot time match the property.

Do you offer discounts for agents who list often?

Yes, through prepaid credit. Load $5,000 and receive $5,500 in credit to use on any PRO360 service within 12 months.
