What is the difference between real twilight and virtual twilight?
Virtual twilight turns a daytime exterior photo into a dusk image during editing. It is $25 per image and included in Elevated, Pro and Signature. Real twilight is a separate session photographed at sunset with the home's own lights on, $225 for 5 exterior images. It shows real landscape and window lighting, which suits luxury homes and standout outdoor living.
How much does twilight photography cost?
Twilight photography is $225 for 5 exterior photos. Virtual twilight is $25 per image. Selected listing packages include virtual twilight; check exact inclusions before ordering it separately.
Which homes benefit from a dusk shoot?
Consider a dusk shoot when working landscape lighting, illuminated windows, a pool or outdoor living areas are important features. The decision should follow the property’s strengths, rather than assuming every listing needs it.
Can any daytime photo become virtual twilight?
Not every source photo gives the same result. Composition, image quality and the visible exterior affect suitability. Ask Mario to review the source image and the intended look before ordering.
How should I prepare for a twilight shoot?
Tidy the exterior, move your vehicles and test indoor, outdoor, landscape and pool lights in advance. Have someone who can operate the controls, and agree access and lighting settings before the appointment.
What happens if weather affects a twilight session?
We never charge for weather. Real twilight sessions depend on the sunset. If conditions spoil it, we reschedule once at no charge, or you can switch to virtual twilight and we refund the difference. Read the full booking policy.
When will I receive the images?
Virtual twilight images are delivered by 9 a.m. the morning after the shoot. Real twilight photos from a sunset session are delivered by 9 a.m. the next morning.
Can I use virtual twilight in my listing?
Check the rules of your MLS, brokerage and publishing platform for altered images. Identify digital changes as required and retain an accurate view of the property. Do not use edits to misrepresent permanent features or condition.
