Scheduling a photoshoot with Pro360 Photos is simple & easy. To request an appointment, please visit our booking page and fill out our order form.
Weekend photo sessions are available on a limited basis. Prices for Sunday's photo sessions are double.
All appointments are on a first come first serve basis.
The time you select on the order form will not be the time your shoot actually takes place. We will email you to schedule the date and time.
Because we shoot multiple homes each day, it is important that your property be “photo-ready”, when we arrive. In order to service all of our clients in a professional manner, your appointment includes a specific block of time for your photo session. Please review our tips on how to prepare the home for your photoshoot.
Your home will be shot AS-IS.
We do not provide any cleaning, moving or home staging services.
Failure to have your home photo-ready may impact the number of photographs taken.
Orders MUST be canceled within 48 hours of your session and during business hours. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation charge of $45.00.
In the Special Instructions section, please let us know if someone is meeting us there.
It may take up 24-72 hours for special editing services like videos, day to dusk and sunsets to be completed.
Houses under 3,000 sqft are allotted (1) Hour. If a house is not ready upon the photographer's arrival and the session takes longer than (1) hour, additional fees may be charged or the photographer will have to leave prior to completion of the session and a reshoot will need to be scheduled.
For adequate sunlight on the front exterior of your home, we recommend the following:
East Facing Homes: We recommend a morning appointment.
South Facing Homes: We recommend a morning or afternoon appointment.
West Facing Homes: We recommend an afternoon appointment.
North Facing Homes: Please contact us to discuss your options.
TRAVEL FEES and PARKING:
Pro360 Photos offers real estate photography in Houston via our local service area. Our local service area includes all properties that are located less than 20 miles from Galleria Mall. Properties located outside our local service area will incur a travel fee and will need to meet a minimum purchase amount. If guest parking or free street parking is unavailable, clients will be responsible for any parking fees incurred by photographers to park in a nearby parking lot.
CANCELLATIONS and RESCHEDULING:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request at least 48 hours notice via our contact form on this website. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email from us within 24 hours. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email from us, that means we did not receive your cancellation request and your appointment is still reserved. Please call us immediately. If you give less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $45.00 cancellation fee. There is no cancellation fee for rescheduling your shoot due to rain. If you repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments, we will require a $100.00 non-refundable security deposit to reserve your next photoshoot.
NO SHOWS/LATE SHOWS/SCRAP SHOOT:
If you do not show up for your appointment or if you show up so late that the shoot has to be canceled, you will be charged a $100.00 trip fee that must be paid in full before we can reschedule another shoot. If we arrive at the property and are unable to photograph the home due to lack of electricity, lack of interior access or other issues, the shoot will be canceled and you will be charged a $100.00 scrap shoot fee that must be paid in full before we can schedule another shoot for you.
Any return trip to the property for reshoots will incur a fee. The minimum reshoot fee is $150.00.
In order to avoid a reshoot:
1. Please be sure your property is “photo-ready.”
2. Make sure weather conditions are to your liking.
3. Please communicate any specific shot requests to us prior to your appointment.
After payment has been received in full, residential photo package images are delivered next business day via electronic download in our Client Center. Typically, photos are delivered in 12-24 hours. Delivery times for all other services is typically two to five business days. A delay in payment will delay the processing and delivery of your images. If you have specific delivery requirements, please contact us prior to scheduling your photo session.
If the client will be present at the photo session, the Photographer will process your credit card at the end of the shoot. If the client will not be present at the photo session, we will email you an electronic invoice that can be paid online with any major credit card. Payment must be received in full before your photos are delivered. We do not accept checks.
All unpaid photos will result in watermarked ("Preview") images.
